SHEQ Development Institute (Pty) Ltd believes that occupational health and safety is a preventive discipline, dedicated to reducing the likelihood of adverse events leading to injuries, illness or material losses.
Our philosophy is to:
“Assess, design and implement proactive risk-based occupational health care models and programmes that ensure the progressive and demonstrable improvement of employee health and well-being thereby minimising the overall occupational health risk to the employee and the potential cost implications for the employer”.
This is achieved through constant evaluation and extension of the boundaries of “best practice”, and creation of a “culture of wellness” within an organisation.
